I commenti su Youtube si sprecano. C'è chi scrive "cool dancing porridge" e chi ipotizza che le figure siano formate da lombrichi coperti di latte o di vernice ("It obviously is some earthworms covered in cream or milk and when the guy touches the worms it irritates them and wakes them up. Then they start crawling around and that moves the semisolid liquid"). Più credibile che si tratti di farina di grano e acqua, come scrive l'utente eddie2007: "its water and cornstarch on a baking sheet over top of a speaker. cool effect!! but why not try it with an oil!! (cooking oil) try filming with different lighting effects and film speeds".
Insomma, la creatività si spreca anche nelle ipotesi sulla consistenza del "porridge".
